Acem*
Used to reduce swelling externally and bleeding internally. *a handful of acem

Andilay*
Andilay root is used for fatigue; it clears the head and eases tired muscles. *a bundle of andilay root

Asping Rot
Asping rot is a potent poison, even a drop can kill. It kills quickly and peacefully within an hour of ingestion. The poison appears to have strong narcotic or sedative properties.

Blackwasp Nettles*
Nettles sting when fresh, and blackwasp emphasises the strength of the sting. *a bunch of blackwasp nettles

Blisterleaf
It grows in a patch. The plant causes a rapid skin reaction and rash, but also slows the poison from Thakan'dar blades.

Blue Goatflowers***
A hot poultice made with the water from boiled blue goatflowers will greatly improve the healing of a broken bone. ***a small pile of blue goatflower petals

Bluespine*
Has no medicinal value. Bitter tasting, used as punishment by the Aiel. *a few pieces of bluespine

Bluewort
A tea of bluewort settles a queasy stomach.

Boneknit*
Taken internally for bone fractures. *a bunch of boneknit

Broomweed**
Used as a signal for the Yellow Ajah. Yields a strong yellow Dye and can be bundled to make a broom. **a few stalks of yellow broomweed

Catfern
Boiled catfern tastes terrible and is used as punishment.

Chainleaf*
Used to settle a queasy stomach. *a bunch of chainleaf leaves

Corenroot*
Assists with the regeneration of blood cells. *a handful of corenroot

Crimsonthorn*
The root of this plant is harvested as a painkiller in small doses. In higher doses it works as a paralytic, eventually causing death by asphyxiation. *a cluster of crimsonthorn root

Dogwood*
Tastes terrible, is used as a punishment and coercion to lift depression. *a bouquet of dogwood leaves

Dogwort***
Assists in the healing of wounds. ***some fuzzy green dogwort leaves

Feverbane*
Aid for the breaking of a fever. Used in conjunction with Acem to cute the white shakes. *a handful of feverbane

Five-finger*
Used to heal bruises. Works well as an ointment combined with sunburst root and ground ivy. *a bundle of five-finger

Flatwort***
Used to treat fatigue. It clears the head and eases tired muscles. ***a blue pouch of flatwort tea

Forkroot***
A paralytic drug that has particular effect against channelers. A distilled tincture is strong enough to cut them from the source. Has a stronger effect on men. Used by the Seanchan to ferret out damane. It has a cool, minty taste. ***a packet of dried brown forkroot

Foxtail*
A sleep aid that doesn't leave traces of grogginess. *a handfull of foxtail

Gheandin***
Used to treat heart complaints. The powdered form can be used to induce sneezing in order to relieve headaches and earaches. Has some effect on poison relief. ***a vial of powdered red gheandin blossom

Goatstongue*
Used to make a patient sleepy and also relieve stomach cramps. *a handful of goatstongue

Goosemint
Eases digestion and upset stomachs.

Greenwort*
Used with Goatstongue to make a tea for sleep. Also used to relieve cramps. *a few leaves of greenwort

Grey Fennel***
A rapid acting poison used to coat weaponry, favored by assassins. May be beneficial in extremely small quantities. ***a gray fennel plant

Ground Ivy***
Used to relieve pain and heal bruises. May be of some assistance in fatigue relief. ***a sack of green ivy

Healall**
Used in an ointment for open wounds. **a white healall root

Heartleaf*
Taken in a tea as a contraceptive. *a handful of heartleaf leaves

Honey**
Used for energy and to soothe sore throats. **a tincture of a thick yellow liquid

Itchoak
Used to irritate the skin and cause blistering.

Itchweed*
A poisonous plant which irritates the skin. *a cluster of itchweed

Lionheart*
Relieves pain. *a bundle of lionheart
